This award is chosen by the judges in a vote. It is for a particular
scene, musical number, dance number, ensemble effort, or group
the judges feel stands out enough to warrant the special merit.
The award and scholarship goes to the school.

Innovation in Theatre Education

The most prestigious award of the STARS Awards Program recognizes
the High school that goes beyond the regular theatre program of classes
and yearly plays by supporting activities that nuture theatre arts in
education above and beyond the regular theatre program.

The award and scholarship goes to the school.
